Exhibits
Commercial, academic, and government exhibits will play an integral part in the Directed
Energy Systems Symposium. We'll put you in the right place at the right time. Increase your visibility, network with
key players, and show your support and commitment to the DE industry and community!
Eight by ten foot exhibit spaces, issued on a first-come, first-served basis, are
available for $2800 ($2500 for DEPS Sponsors) and include a 6-foot table, two chairs, and
a trash can. Note: electricity is not included with these exhibit spaces. However, electricity and other services
will be obtainable from our convention services firm. Contact Cynnamon Spain at

Exhibit fees include two complimentary registrations: one full event registration and one
exhibit-only registration. A full registration allows the staff to attend technical sessions of the
Symposium. Exhibit-only registrations include all catering Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday,
to include meals, breaks, and receptions, but does not include attendance at any technical or plenary sessions,
proceedings, or other benefits of attendance.
Note that exhibit staff attending technical
sessions must meet the same security requirements as other Systems Symposium registrants. Specifically,
technical sessions are limited to U.S. citizens who are employees of the U.S. Government or its contractors, and
who possess a minimum of a Secret personnel clearance. Please see Security
for further details.

Additional exhibit-only registrations can be purchased according to the fee matrix to the right, which
covers the costs of catering for the event. In addition, the complimentary exhibit-only registration
can be upgraded to a full event registration for a cost of $575.

If you have already submitted your exhibit application, this Exhibit
Staff Registration form should be used to register your two staff members and/or purchase additional exhibit-only registrations.
Additional exhibit staff wanting full registrations should submit the Systems
Symposium registration form.

Event Hosting
Corporations may also consider co-hosting a catered event at the Systems Symposium. All hosts receive recognition
on our website and in the conference programs. In addition, during the hosted event, a sign is posted recognizing
the host and napkins with the host's corporate logo are used. Reception hosts also receive
verbal recognition of their contribution. Host opportunities are as follows:
- Breakfasts (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday): $2000 each
- Lunches (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday): $3500 each
- Exhibitors Reception (Tuesday Evening): Light Hors d'oeuvres - $4500
All host opportunities are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Hospitality Suites
A limited number of hospitality suites will be available at the Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines during the Systems Symposium.
Each coastal-inspired 900 sq. ft. king suite features a 400 sq. ft. terrace plus
two private balconies with breathtaking ocean and golf course views.
There are three Terrace Suites available for the week (check-in Monday and
check-out Friday) and runs $2500 for the four nights. This price is for room only -- all other expenses must be arranged with the hotel.
